Albergo Albero Verde :: Gastronomy

THE CORE FABRIC of the building dates back to around 1500, the parlour is 300 years old, the ovens and floors date from the late 19th century. After a break of more than 30 years we decided to reopen the hotel. The roof, the windows: all decrepit. We wanted to create something special. The way we see it, the old and the new blend into one another naturally. We had a plausible intuition … Yes, that pianino there is tuned.
